Set three Biblical Passages - Set Three
...
Romans
14:14
“I
know, and am persuaded by the Lord Jesus, that [there is] nothing unclean of
itself: but to him that believes any thing to be unclean, to him [it is]
unclean.”
This
passage reinforces the scriptural message of John 1:1 regarding the
Universal Law of Thought. This message says that we experience the world as we perceive it to be -- as we
expect it to be.

Romans
14:20
“.
. All things indeed [are] pure; but [it is] evil for that man who eats [takes it
in] with
offence”
This
passage also reinforces the scriptural message
of
John 1:1 regarding
the
Universal Law of Thought and one's perception of physical reality.
1
Corinthians 2:14
But the natural man receiveth not
the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know
[them], because they are spiritually discerned.

Ecclesiastes 3:11
Ecclesiastes 3:11
...
"He hath made every [thing]
beautiful in his time: also he hath set the world in their heart, so that no man
can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end."
The Bible again states that humans do not know how God
works.

Matthew
7:15-16
"Beware
of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly
they are ravening wolves. Ye shall know them by their fruits.”
Here's a few more details about how to
Recognize a False Prophet.

Romans
14:5
Romans 14:5
...
"
. . . Let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind."
Does
this sound like God is telling us to use logic, reasoning, factual evidence,
and convincing
arguments to inspire others to see things our way, or is God telling us to use threats,
intimidation, arson, violence, murder and government laws and force our
ways onto others.

Proverbs
29:18
"Where
their is no vision, the people perish, but he that keeps the law, happy [is]
he."
Like
many other Biblical passages, there is much room here for
interpretation. The words, "Where
there is no vision," can be interpreted
as, When a person
blindly follow someone else's ideas and doesn't think
for himself,
he is living dead, he is dead in his mind.
The phrase "keeps the law"
can be interpreted as learns, knows and lives by the truth.
Here's
the passage paraphrased: When
a person blindly follow someone else's ideas and doesn't think for himself, he
is living dead, he is dead in his mind, but when he learns, knows and lives by
the truth, he is happy.

John8:32 .
“Know the truth and the
truth will set you free.”
To assist you in having a clearer understanding of what this
passage
means, you are invited to read a
description of the
opposite of the truth. '

And
here are three passage to which the Christian leaders who
peddle Christian
hypocrisy
˛
and Christian
Lies of
Omission
˛
should pay particular attention.
Mark
9:42
“. . . And
whoever shall cause one of these little ones who believes in me to stumble, it is
better for him that an ass’s millstone were hanged on his neck, and that he
were thrown into the sea.”
u This passage clearly warns
readers of the dire consequences of intentionally deceiving others.
Completely ignoring Genesis 2:7 is a very clear
example of intentional deceiving people by way of Lies of
Omission.
"And
the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils
the breath of life; and man became a living soul." (Genesis 2:7)
u Genesis 2:7 clearly states that life as a human being
begins at first breath and yet, the fundamentalist Christian leaders continue to
claim that every time a human egg and sperm
unite, God steps in and by an instantaneous,
supernatural, transcendental, conception magic act,
creates a brand new human being. This
magic act is not supported by Biblical
scripture. Revelation
22:18-19 warns
readers of the dire consequences of preaching messages that are not in the Bible
and the dire consequences of pretending that certain biblical passages do
not exist.
"I warn everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of
this book: If anyone adds anything to them, God will add to him the plagues
described in this book. And if anyone takes words away from this
book of prophecy, God will take away from him his share in the tree of life and
in the holy city, which are described in this book." (Revelation
22:18-19)
"There's still more, but I think you've got the message, so I'll say to
myself,
"Stop. Enough
already! No
more!" Now, how
can one who claims to be a Christian ignore this
much of the Bible and
still
expect to be admitted into
heaven?
